Our Organization
Multi Art Association (MAA) is a non- profit organization registered under Societies Registration Act – XXI of 1860. The organisation was established in the year of 2005.It was established to support and equip the grassroots groups on strategic thinking reflecting the grassroots issues. . For the last 17 years the organisation has been working among deprived and marginalized section of society for their rights and entitlement The organization is working in seven districts of Jharkhand on various issues for ensuring basic human rights and improving the socio economic and health status of vulnerable community through awareness campaign, capacity building, and handholding support. The organization has wide experience of grassroots intervention on thematic issues of livelihood, education, women rights, health, hygiene environment and sanitation. We are engaged with commitment to create the environment for ensuring basic human rights specific to Sustainable Development Goals.
The volunteers of the movement did commendable work in organizing, mobilizing and educating them to fight against the injustice meted out to them and their community. But, the limiting factors were that they were neither trained nor having a broader analysis of the strategic issues connected with the local problems. Many failed to link up micro level realities to macro situation. MULTI ART ASSOCIATION was established to support and to equip the grassroots groups on strategic thinking reflecting the grassroots issues. It has been supporting the groups working for protection of the rights of the excluded tribal, daltis, women, children and other forms of hidden poor people as part of the efforts to strengthen the civil society.

The organization has been working with the vision of equity with equality, based on values of peace, co-existence and self-reliance, devoid of inequalities and discriminations based on caste, creed, religion and sex; where individuals including the most vulnerable population have opportunities of life with dignity. :

Organizational Strategies :- Maa has been giving Strategies Trust on the following issues :- Organizing the Un Organized people after providing awareness on their issues.
Strengthening any People Organization and SHG.
Improvement of local self governance i.e Traible self rule Gram Sabha, Panchaty raj etc.
Improving status of food security and income generation Activities.
Women Empowerment.
Promotion Of Services like values best Education, Sanitation, Helth and Hygiene, soft drinking water etc.
Capitation of Organization in the area of Operations.
Promotion of issues based Alliance with other Network and Organizations.
